§ 1 Anbieter und Geltungsbereich
Anbieter ist Jasper Thesen, Burgring 17, 54568 Gerolstein, Deutschland,
kontakt@speisekartei.de.
Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der Anwendung „Speisekartei" über die Website und
die daraus installierbare App.
§ 2 Leistung
Speisekartei ist ein Werkzeug, um Speisekarten von Restaurants zu sammeln: als Link, als
Foto oder als Screenshot. Die Inhalte legst du selbst an; wir speichern sie für dich und
stellen sie dir auf deinen Geräten bereit.
§ 3 Konto
Für die Nutzung brauchst du ein Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort. Halte dein
Passwort geheim. Du darfst pro Person ein Konto anlegen.
§ 4 Deine Inhalte und fremde Rechte
Speisekarten sind in der Regel urheberrechtlich geschützt. Du darfst hier nur Inhalte
speichern, die du für deinen privaten Gebrauch aufnimmst oder sichern
darfst. Deine Sammlung ist ausschließlich für dich sichtbar; es gibt keine öffentliche
Veröffentlichung durch uns. Du bleibst für die von dir hochgeladenen Inhalte
verantwortlich.
§ 5 Testphase und Vergütung
Nach der Registrierung kannst du Speisekartei 14 Tage kostenlos und ohne Zahlungsdaten
nutzen. Ein kostenpflichtiges Angebot besteht derzeit nicht; sollte eines eingeführt
werden, informieren wir dich vorher und du entscheidest, ob du es annimmst.
§ 6 Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb, schulden aber keine ununterbrochene
Verfügbarkeit. Wartungsarbeiten und Störungen können zu Unterbrechungen führen.
§ 7 Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von
Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei
Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen,
vorhersehbaren Schaden. Sichere wichtige Inhalte zusätzlich selbst.
§ 8 Kündigung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App unter „Mehr" löschen. Damit endet der Vertrag,
und alle Inhalte werden entfernt.
§ 9 Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Ist eine Bestimmung unwirksam, bleibt der Rest wirksam.

These terms apply to the use of the “Speisekartei” application via the website and the app
installable from it.
2. The service
Speisekartei is a tool for collecting restaurant menus: as a link, a photo or a screenshot.
You add the content yourself; we store it for you and make it available on your devices.
3. Account
You need an account with an email address and password. Keep your password secret. One
account per person.
4. Your content and third-party rights
Menus are usually protected by copyright. You may only store content here that you
capture or are allowed to keep for your private use. Your collection is
visible to you alone; we do not publish it anywhere. You remain responsible for what you
upload.
5. Trial and payment
After signing up you can use Speisekartei free for 14 days with no payment details. There is
currently no paid plan; if one is introduced, we will tell you beforehand and you decide
whether to take it.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and
faults may cause interruptions.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body
or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual
duties, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Please keep your
own backup of anything important.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app under “More”. This ends the contract
and removes all content.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
